We understand the need to be flexible when it comes to health care services. Apple Care and Companion will create a fully customizable care plan for every client. After our first discussion, we will complete an in person, no charge assessment. This will determine the client’s needs, desires, set expectations and verify that Apple Care and Companion is the right home care agency for the client and their family. Each older adult has their own unique and personal home care need. Personalities, budgets, skill level needs, dietary restrictions are just a few of the concerns that we will consider together to create the best in homecare plan for our clients.

We have a Personal Assistance Services (PAS) license through the Texas Department of Aging and Disabilities Services to provide hands on personal care.

  • All of our Care Pros and CNA’s are employees, not 1099 contract workers.

  • They are all thoroughly screened and vetted.

  • All Care Pros are covered by liability insurance and worker’s compensation.

  • We handle all of the payroll, payroll taxes and associated liabilities.

We have a proven network of senior industry professionals who assist seniors and their families with other areas of need including but not limited to, care managers, eldercare attorneys, social services, move managers, bill paying services, doctors specializing in geriatrics, Medicare certified home health and hospice companies, and rehab facilities.

2024 Rates

Our hourly rate starts at 30.00/hour for one person*.

Rates are dependent on necessary skills and services, requested hours and other factors. We can determine the rate based on our no charge assessment. Mileage will be charged at the current IRS rate if the Care Pro’s car is required for errands or transportation. Give us a call today!

Our hourly rate is inclusive of all our services.

  • Phone answered 24/7 365

    • Company employee available to handle all situations, not an answering service.

  • Family Portal

    • View upcoming schedule and see assigned Care Pros.

    • View past schedule and previous Care Notes.

    • Read Care Pro Care Notes after clock out of shift.
